Pavilion 2000 is situated within the highly active and successful office quarter of Clifton Moor.

Clifton Moor located to the north of York and is reached from the city centre, via the A1363, which is approximately 3 km (2 miles) from York station. It also enjoys access via the A1237 outer northern ring road which links to the A64 and on to the A1(M) some 15 miles to the West.

Clifton Moor is a well established out of town development, in the York area, offering extensive retailing and office facilities. There is also a substantial residential population in the area with numerous leisure facilities, pubs and restaurants.
